YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION

kvCore pulls information in from REsource Center to help you keep things up-to-date. Those items syncing include: NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION, BIO, AGENT PHOTO AND SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS. 

Therefore, it is important that you make sure those items are just as you want them in REsource Center - it's something you can do now to PREPARE and save time once you're in! 

> WHAT SYNCS?

Name, Contact Information, Bio (About Me), Agent Photo and social media links. 

> HOW OFTEN?

The sync runs constantly throughout the day. Changes made in REsource Center appear in kvCORE, on average, within 10-15 minutes.

While the majority of your personal information will sync from BHHS REsource Center, there are some important fields that don’t. Upon your first login, you’ll want to take care of the following, at bare minimum:

• Email ‘From’ Name

• Designations

• Daily Call Settings

• Email Signature

• Licenses

GET THE APPS!

Accessing kvCORE while on the go is important! You also don’t want to miss out on the super cool features contained in the Open House app. Make sure to download BOTH related apps on your mobile devices, including tablets. This will ensure you can stay connected on-the-go and make the most of your upcoming open houses.

MOBILE APP 

The mobile app is designed for Agents on the go. With it, you can manage and handle your daily goings-on in kvCORE without needing to log into your computer. All of the tasks and calls that you have scheduled, as well as some other essential tasks like mass texting or emailing, are available from the mobile app! The app will also notify you of important events including new leads that you can accept from your office/team/company rotation! The mobile app allows you to reach out to an individual or an entire group of contacts right from your mobile device. You can prioritize and complete your daily calls with the built-in mobile dialer. The app even serves up calls based on the behavioral automations that identify leads who are exhibiting engaging behaviors. 

Upon first login, the app will ask you if you’d like push or text notifications. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that push notifications be enabled!

OPEN HOUSE APP 

If you plan on hosting any Open Houses, you can automatically feed all of the attendees from an electronic sign-in sheet right into your kvCORE dashboard using the kvCORE Open House App. The CORE Open House app is a lead capture tool created specifically for open house events. It’s designed to be used on a tablet or smartphone as a sign up form. When a guest registers on your open house app, their information is passed directly into your Smart CRM and the automations begin!

The system will automatically set up search alerts and automated campaigns that will begin to market to your registrants within hours of attending your event.

SYNC IT UP

Syncing your email account to kvCORE can be a game-changer! It gives you the opportunity to sync your calendar, tasks, email, and contacts straight from email to your Smart CRM and Dashboard. It’s an easy process that can quickly positively impact your kvCORE experience. 

You will have the option to sync a Microsoft Outlook account or Google account; please keep in mind that only one email account can be synced at a time.

Want to know what’s even better? You have the ability to control each sync setting INDIVIDUALLY! Want to sync email, but not contacts? You got it! Quickly and easily change your sync settings at any time by simply clicking on the mail icon and then the Outlook/Google settings link.

EMAIL SYNC FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Email – Imports emails you have sent to your leads that are in kvCORE into their timeline. When you open a lead or contact, you’ll see their email history.

• Sync Tasks/Reminders – The tasks you create in kvCORE will be synced to email tasks. 

• Calendar – Optional, and would appear on your kvCORE dashboard.

• Contacts – Easily sync your contact database to/from kvCORE.

EMAIL SIGNATURE

Ensure your signature is setup on whatever email provider you are using. Having a "CALL TO ACTION" in your email is a must! Email "marketing@bhhstroth.com" if you'd like help designing an email signature. 

Add your smart number as a contact on your mobile device to  know when an incoming call could be a lead. Please DO NOT call the smart number! It will confuse the system with routing.
